CIELITO MAY T. VELASQUEZ (ctv@fmh.ph) received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2008 and was admitted to the bar in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration in 2003 and passed the Accountancy Licensure Examination in October 2003.
