CARMELA S. ONGSIAPCO (cso@fmh.ph) received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2008 and was admitted to the bar in 2009. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines in 2004 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
