MIAMOR G. MAPAGU (mgm@fmh.ph) received her Ll.B. degree from the University of the Philippines in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines in 1998. She worked as a researcher/consultant for various United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Projects with Prof. Prospero E. de Vera III of the University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance (U.P-NCPAG).
