MELISSA ANN B. SICAT (mbs@fmh.ph) obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2011. She graduated in 2006 from the same university with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
