VIRGILIO C. HERCE (vch@fmh.ph) received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1992 and admitted to the Philippine bar in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1985. From 1992 to 1996, he worked with QUISUMBING TORRES & EVANGELISTA, a law firm associated with BAKER & McKENZIE, where he was exposed to the commercial practice of the firm. He specializes in Philippine investment laws, intellectual property and administrative law matters relating to Philippine government offices such as the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Bureau of Immigration, Board of Investments, Intellectual Property Office, and Securities and Exchange Commission. He also specializes in immigration and naturalization laws.
